We understand that you need flexibility in these uncertain times. Please refer to our terms and conditions – if you are unable to commence your booking in order to comply with public health and related Australian State and Federal Government regulatory and legislative obligations, orders, directions and restrictions (including those in relation to COVID-19 or any comparable pandemic), we will refund your booking.

The river is saltwater, and it is up to you if you wish to swim in the river.

No, unfortunately, we are not set up for you to bring pets. You may however bring your horse(s), with prior consent.

Yes, you may bring your horse(s).  Please request to do so with us prior to your stay. The horse(s) will be your responsibility whilst on the property.  There are some lovely beaches very close by to ride and we have ample pasture for them to graze on.

There is a gate on the property, however, it is a simple farm gate and isn’t lockable. Children will need parental supervision at all time

Yes, our neighbour is approximately 30 metres away from the house, however, their property is heavily screened with greenery and can barely be seen from the house, protecting your privacy for a truly secluded getaway.

Yes, you have full access to the private pontoon/jetty.

Please request this upon booking. We make certain arrangements to ensure your stay is prepared accordingly.

Due to insurance purposes, it is your responsibility to notify us of any extra guests that are not listed on your booking. Day visits are permitted with our knowledge of all guests who will be visiting the property.

Basic pantry items are provided such as coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, spices and a few staples such as olive oil, salt and pepper. For all other convenience items, you can stock up at the local grocer in town just a 10-minute drive from the property.

You are also welcome to place an online shopping order to be delivered to the farmhouse and depending on timing, we will endeavour to have it all packed away for you

We provide two small life jackets – which are mandatory for children aged 12 years and under.

Yes. We currently have two basic fishing rods for guest use.

No, please bring your own beach towels.

Unfortunately, no, sorry. Hopefully one day our town will have Uber eats. You can however view the guide to local eats here.

We have a portable cot, highchair, and bassinet available – please ensure you let us know before your stay if you require these items. We also have toys, children’s cutlery, and child-safe crockery available.

Yes you can. Bohnock boat ramp is located a few mins away, then you are able to tie up your boat to the pontoon.

Yes we often see people waterskiing in the river.

No when you book the property you have it all to yourself.
